HiPath 3800 Telephone Systems

HiPath 3800 is a new model of the HiPath 3000 family of IP communication systems. The new hardware platform is the successor to the HiPath 3700 and HiPath 3750 models.

Overview

As a standalone system HiPath 3800 supports up to 250 analogue, 380 digital or 500 IP users in almost any combination. In conjunction with HiPath 5000 the system can be used to configure networks with more than 1,000 users. It can be supplemented by numerous applications suitable for call centres, multimedia messaging and employee mobility and it can be used with a wide range of analogue, digital and IP telephones, and soft clients.

optiPoint 420 family

Across the board, Siemens and its optiPoint 420 family provide leadership in technology, modularity and flexibility. With these new "paperless" phones, the time-consuming task of printing, cutting out and inserting labels is eliminated. Keys can now be quickly and easily defined by the user or system administrator.

optiPoint 410 family

optiPoint 410 family of IP phones provides users with top-level adaptability, modularity, and portability. The optiPoint 410 family incorporates high-fidelity voice quality via an integrated G.722 codec and supports both industry standard IEEE 802.3af and Cisco proprietary Power over Ethernet, as well as the SIP protocol.

Wireless LAN and Cordless solutions

DECT
Support for integrated Wireless LAN telephony including Wireless LAN handsets and a single license based DECT base station supporting up to 12 channels. Up to 250 DECT Users can be supported on a HiPath 3800 system. They have full access to all HiPath features and can take and make calls from any location within radio coverage. The HiPath 3800 solution is completely integral to the system meaning that it is highly reliable.

Wireless LAN
